At LaziPet, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders so your pet’s comfort can get to you without any extra shipping cost.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your shipping address.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time or tracking updates. If your order is shipped internationally, customs delays may also affect the final delivery time.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing, delivery issues, or order cancellation.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at Contact@lazipet.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe if the order has already entered processing.

If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you by email to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within the requested timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery

At LaziPet, we understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely manner, especially when you’re excited to give your pet more comfort. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

However, some delivery delays may happen due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs delays, address verification issues, or other shipping-related problems.

If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to keep you updated. Please note that LaziPet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer fully within our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first. You may also need to file a claim directly with the courier.

If you need assistance, please contact us at Contact@lazipet.com, and we will do our best to help you look into the issue. Please note that LaziPet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, and these situations may fall outside of our refund policy.

Depending on the situation, we may offer further assistance or a replacement at our discretion.
