At LaziPet, we are committed to providing products that help pets stay cool, comfortable, and cared for during warm days, restless moments, and everyday rest. We believe in the quality and comfort of our products, and we recommend using your LaziPet product for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return so your pet has time to adjust and experience the full benefits.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at Contact@lazipet.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request because your order may have already entered the processing phase.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

LaziPet's Commitment to your Satisfaction

We are confident in the comfort and quality of our LaziPet products, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days so your pet has time to get used to their new cooling comfort spot.

If you are still unhappy and wish to return your item, you may do so after 14 days and within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself arrives physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as a dented box, is not considered product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Contact@lazipet.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, LaziPet is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other issues that may occur during transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for assistance. LaziPet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If the shipping address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
